Just a stone’s throw from the Startline, where the world’s greatest cars assemble before racing up the Goodwood hill, our hotel provides a relaxed environment for guests to come and go as they please. Marvel at the Central Feature swooping over the immaculately manicured hedges and explore the elegance and beauty of the Cartier Lawn before taking your seat in any of the public grandstands to watch famous cars and drivers tackle the Hillclimb.

The Clark Pavilion

Join us at the ultimate location for trackside viewing and unique entertaining. This prestigious package combines everything you need to experience the event, including unlimited Champagne, lunch, and importantly, prominent views over the most challenging point on the Hillclimb.

With its trackside balcony and garden Clark Pavilion is arguably the best vantage point from which to watch all the action. The unique interior has been designed to be relaxed and stylish with memorabilia that celebrates the life of namesake Jim Clark; British Formula One driver and twice world champion.

 

It’s also close to the Off-Road Arena, and a short walk up the hill to the Forest Rally Stage.

Trackside Pavilions

Named in honour of world-renowned drivers - Gurney, Hill, Moss and Brabham - the pavilions occupy one of the best viewing locations on the Hillclimb where the cars are building up speed for the blast past Goodwood House, a spot where a driver’s skill can make all the difference to the race.

 

Choose from either a table for 10 in a shared space or a private pavilion for 30. Whichever option you choose you’ll be served a delicious breakfast, lunch and cakes and scones as well as a champagne reception and unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks. If you’re taking a full pavilion you can internally brand and decorate it to really make your business entertaining stand out.

Farmer, Butcher, Chef

Farmer, Butcher, Chef is the exciting, flagship restaurant located just yards from Home Farm. It is the final stage in a unique process dedicated not only to showcasing meat in terms of flavour, quality and provenance, but also to achieving the very best yield from livestock. Goodwood has been farmed by the family for over three hundred years and is one of the only self-sustaining organic farms in Europe. These organic principles enable the farmer to produce the best-tasting beef, pork and lamb, all of which are reared right here. Our customers will travel farther than their food.

Relax in Goodwood’s beautifully decorated flagship restaurant and tuck in to a delicious, hearty meal consisting of the finest produce from Goodwood Home Farm.
